Robert C. Blanz '54

Robert C. Blanz ‘54 (d) graduated from the Case Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He had a career of over 40 years with Bell Systems and retired as the President of both Mountain Bell and Nevada Bell. The Blanz Family Scholarship Fund was established in 1998 and is intended to provide undergraduate scholarships to rising juniors or seniors in Electrical, Computer and Systems Engineering or those receiving a bachelor of science in applied science or mathematics from the College of Arts and Sciences, with preference to students from the Galion, Ohio area. This fund is intended to honor teachers Mariam Sayre and Josephine Tracht of Galion High School
