Welcome to the Case Alumni Foundation award management portal.

The Case Alumni Foundation awards numerous scholarships and grants each academic year through the generosity of alumni and donors. Award amounts vary and decisions are based on numerous factors which can include, but are not limited to: demonstrated academic success, major/minor, cumulative GPA, donor-stipulated criteria and financial need. All awards made by the Case Alumni Foundation are for the benefit of the students, faculty and staff of the Case School of Engineering and the mathematics and applied science programs of the College of Arts & Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.

To be considered for any awards or to file your year-end departmental reports, you must click “Sign Up” at the top right corner of this page, and create an account using your case.edu email. Once verified, you should log in using your email address and selected password to access and complete the general application.

AFTER SIGNING IN:
• You will be presented with the general application. This is REQUIRED for all students, faculty and staff.
• After completing the general application, you may be presented with other opportunities that need additional information to determine your eligibility.
• Please fill out the supplemental application(s) that you are matched to.
• You are able to save your work and come back at a later time.
• After completing each of these steps, you can see your status on your dashboard. If your status is not listed as “submitted”, you have not fully completed your form. Log back in to see what is missing.
• Additional information may be required during the process.
