Robert J. Irwin ‘32

Robert J. Irwin ‘32 (d) graduated from the Case School of Applied Science with a degree in Civil Engineering. Starting his career with Eddie Painton and Associates, a company specializing in construction site preparation and excavation in Cleveland as an excavating contractor he rose to president and stayed with the company for 33 years. The Robert Irwin ’32/Painton Scholarship Fund was established in 1987 by a bequest from the Eddie and Billie Painton Trust in honor of Mr. Robert Irwin ’32.
