Stanton D. Dornbirer 1921

Stanton D. Dornbirer 1921 (d) majored in Mechanical Engineering at the Case School of Applied Science. The Stanton D. Dornbirer 1921 Endowment Fund was established in 1993 to support the priorities of the dean of the Case School of Engineering. He received the CAA Meritorious Service Award in 1994. Dornbirer started his career as the first Case alumnus to work for the Bailey Meter Co. He designed the Penstock piping system for the Hoover Dam while working for Babcock & Wilcox. He also worked as a construction engineer on major projects in Peru and other foreign countries.
